Lisa brings her strong visual skills and passion for food to many of the world’s top brands. Her food styling work can be seen in advertising, packaging, cookbooks, magazines, social media and on television.
In addition to food styling and recipe development, Lisa is known to be a pretty good prop stylist, too.
While she was Director of Pre-press and Graphics for McGraw-Hill Companies, Lisa decided to pursue a career that would combine her visual craft with her love of cooking. That decision led her through culinary school at Peter Kump’s in NYC, with additional training at the Culinary Institute at Hyde Park, NY and Relais Il Falconiere in Cortona, Italy.
Lisa has been profiled in several publications and featured on NPR’s “Studio 360”. Although she primarily works in New York City, demand for her expertise has taken her around the globe from Italy to Cyprus to Korea.
She lives with her multi-talented husband Bennett (bennettwindheim.com), son Ellis and dog Snuggy in Manhattan. They occasionally escape to Damascus, PA.
